Tats and Piercing:

Care of new tats and piercing means CLEAN.

Tats need to be kept slicked down with antibiotic ointment. Don't pick at it. keep it clean, Slick and healing.

New piercing needs to be done the same way. Follow a little something.

If it's moist where your jewelry lives rinse with salt water. A lot.

If it's dry where the jewelry lives. Move the stud around a couple of times a day. Clean the area with peroxide and water. Good soap and water won't hurt. Keep the jewelry and the area slicked down with an antibiotic ointment for a couple of days.

No matter where your jewelry lives:
At the first sign of Infection. (Not the signs of healing) Go see someone that knows about piercing and or someone that can give you medical advice.

No one needs a septic infection from a dirty piercing.
