Nausea/Morning Sickness:

Ingredients:

To 4 cups of water, add two cups of thinly sliced fresh unpeeled ginger root.

Simmer this on a low heat for 1/2 hour. When done, add one cup of honey for flavor.

Store in a glass jar in refrigerator.

Can survive up to 6 months.


Finis:

Dose is a couple of teaspoons full before rising.

Also of note are the following:

Red Raspberry Tea
Peppermint
Candied Ginger or Ginger Tea
Lemonade
B6 supplementation.
