oropharangeal /nasopharangeal adjunct airway

ventilate w/BVM w/o oxygen

hyperventilate

attach 15L oxygen

ventilate (10-20 bpm)

hyperventilate

lube distal tip

position head

tongue-jaw lift

insert till ring to teeth

inflate blue pharyngeal w/ 100

inflate clear distal w/ 15

ventilate in blue side of tube

chest,  epigastrium & over each lung

(no chest rise, no bilateral lung sounds, sound over epigastrium)

ventilate in clear (distal)

chest,  epigastrium & over each lung

(chest rise, hear bilateral lung sounds, no  sound over epigastrium)

secure the tube.
